Adult Courses
Basic Courses
On the course, you will learn:
Correct grips and basic badminton strokes
Basic footwork
Serving and returning
Rules and scoring
After the basic course, you can continue to the next-level course or decide whether to join the club as a member and continue with seasonal coaching and club playing sessions.
Our experienced coaches will support you during the course and make learning easy and fun.

Intermediate Courses
The next-level course builds on the basic course and introduces new strokes and basic training methods. These are also 6-session short courses.
You will practice:
More training based on the beginner course
Additional strokes (e.g. backhand from the rear court)
Racket feeding drills
After the next-level course, you can decide whether you’d like to join the club as a member and continue with seasonal coaching and club sessions.
Group Coaching
Season dates: August 11, 2025 – May 31, 2026
Our weekly group coaching gives you the chance to train regularly under the guidance of professional coaches in a motivating and supportive club environment.
The season is billed four times a year. The first payment is made when you register. You commit to one billing period at a time (billing continues automatically unless you cancel).
Group prices vary depending on the location, day, and session length. Price range: €11–15 per hour. The price includes new training shuttles.
Most group sessions are 1.5 hours long.

Coaching Group Definitions
Adult Hobby 3 (H3)
After the beginner and intermediate courses you are familiar with the basics of the technique and training structure. The main goal of the training is to further strenghten the basics. Typically we use often multishuttle exercises and start to experiment with one shuttle exercises. We also learn the basics of doubles in the group.
Next level: Adult Hobby 2, when you are able to keep one shuttle modules running well (e.g. drop-block-net-lift)
Recommended training amount: 1-2/week
Competitions: Club ranking events, other hobby tournaments
Adult hobby 2 (H2)
The speed and difficulty level rises from hobby 3. Typically we use more one shuttle execises and focus on the pair movement in doubles. We introduce new strokes (e.g. sliced and pulled dropshots).
Next level: Adult hobby 1
Recommended training amount: 1-3/week
Competitions: club ranking, adult hobby tournaments, C class
Adult hobby 1 (H1)
Experienced adult hobby players, who are already on a good technical level and know all the basics. You can move well on full court. In doubles you can implement moving into attack (front and back) and defensive (side by side) positions well during match play.
Next level: Competition C
Recommended training amount: 1-3/week
Competition: club ranking, adult hobby tournaments, C class
